The Shops @Rockvale and Fernmoor continue to grow and prepare the property for future redevelopment.
LANCASTER, Pa., March 15, 2023 (Newswire.com) - There is a lot going on at The Shops @Rockvale this Spring. It will host a variety of community events as Fernmoor, the new Rockvale owners continue to grow the tenant base with the future multi-faceted property in mind. This includes the demolition of the Diner that is slated to start this month to create space for an undisclosed national chain. Rockvale is also excited to share that it will be relocating several retail stores, opening a new restaurant, and hosting fun events in 2023.
For those who love Japanese cuisine, Sushi Heaven is opening this month. Sushi Heaven will occupy the former Ruby Tuesday space 801 which occupies 7,025 SF. It is a full-service restaurant that features All-You-Can-Eat healthy and authentic Japanese cuisine. Sushi Heaven offers one fixed price to enjoy all the items on the menu without limitation and they are fresh and made to order.
On the retail side, Rockvale is relocating several stores to make space for the Fernmoor reconstruction. Bon Worth, who has over 55 years of quality women's fashion, will be relocating from suite 305 to suite 1715 which occupies 2,700 SF next to the Eagles Pro Shop and Disney Store. Additionally, The Scent Master, which has the largest selection in Lancaster, PA, and the leading-edge fragrance discounter for more than 25 years, will relocate from suite 120 to suite 1820 occupying 3,000 SF next to the Hatchet & Axe Co. and Carter's. And the fashion-forward Maurice's will be relocating by the summer of 2023 from suite 112 to suite 718 which will occupy 4,991 SF. They provide stylish clothing for women of all shapes, and they will be right next to the Rainbow Shop.

The Maker's Market has been going strong for 5 years and continues to support over 60 local small businesses.
